    What are people thoughts on Noosaville:
    SQM Research - Weekly Asking Property Prices

    and, Noosa Heads:
    SQM Research - Weekly Asking Property Prices

    They have both shown significant price growth over the last year or so and trying to understand this?
    Is it actually price movement of established property in the area, or is it the higher prices the multitude of new developments in the area are having on the median price? eg there is a large estate called Elysium in Noosa heads that has had a lot of properties built in recently....

    Hit hard post GFC and floods in SEQ in 2011 and its now recovering after many years of little growth would be my bet.
    I don't follow Noosa, only BN but that would be my guess.
