Ask your agent if you can somehow get to the top of the listings again without paying another fee and without having to wait 21 or 30 days and probably pay another fee as well?

Hi. Ok I’ll ask thanks for the tip

But don’t you think it’s a better idea to take it off the market for a little while so people will forget about the property.

I also need time. I’ll have take days off work to do some stuff like removal of my furniture and get someone in to stage. So it won’t be available for a while.

I’ll ask about the fee for waiting the 21 days

I wonder if you pay extra to be at the top (premium listing) whether that cost can be added now, photos updated, and will save you paying for a completely new listing on the real estate websites?

I agree with Wylie. Just get all this over and done with. Pay for the premium listing, it is less than one week's rent. You can probably ask work for emergency leave if you need a day or two to sort this.

What are the figures on this option?

That's what you did and said a year ago. What makes you think it will be better in a year? It does sound like you have a crappy agent.

Maybe things will be worse in a year? Maybe there will be more stock?

I don't know your whole situation, but to be brutally honest it sounds like you paid too much, not realising the difficulty of financing such a small home. Now you're stuck in the 'I need $xxx'. Buyers don't care what you need.
