    Hi all,
    Just wondering if anyone has subscribed to the service offered by NMD. They say that they have a comprehensive list of properties offered for sale due to mortgagee sales, deceased estates, repossessions, etc.

    Is there a wide selection of properties that they list for you, or is it mainly rural/remote areas or properties in mining towns?

    Has anyone used them?
