Just looking at a pricefinder report for a particular property, and when I look at the sales history for a sale in 2015, it comes up with "Nils and Wills" and a sale value of $0. ie:

    What does this mean?
I'm trying to understand what the sale price was in 2015? Or wasn't it sold, but just transferred as part of a will?

Could be a transfer of ownership to an executor/beneficiary under a deceased estate.
