Just south of the river in Brisbane, where would be an affordable area to purchase a house up to $525k please? I would like to be close to the M1 in order to easily drive to the Gold Coast for a day trip, or Ipswich for work if needed, but still within 10-12km of the Brisbane cbd. Any suggestions of areas and homes minus the hefty Body Corp fees would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Centenary suburbs say Jamboree Heights, Middle Park, Riverhills. Equal distance to both city and ipswich say around 30 mins. Possible to get a 600sqm house for your price, dont go for main road & flood zones.
you can try Springwood you can get a decent condition house for that money with some havegreat development and growth potential. It has good access to Brisbane and express way to GC.
