    Hi all want some thoughts on building near hobart this year to rent out long term, anyone thinking of doing simular & whats everyones thoughts? Heard for a while hobart is a big potential place to be investing at the moment.

    Seeing many blocks still around the 2-300k mark near by or the towns around hobart.

    What attracts you to Hobart? Have you done any due diligence, or are you just going by things you've heard from random people?

    i have done a bit of both, im after blocks of land in areas that are still in the 2-300k mark that have good growth potential, dont want to spend 800k on a build thats what you will pay near the citys now
