LIC & LIT Newbie: How to buy Lic?

    Hi!

    I have experienced in property but totally newbie in Stock. I would like to start to invest in LIC especially Whitefield & Vanguard international but I dont know how to start.

    Should I use commsec and buy online or find fund manager?? Sorry...If my question is too basic but pls help me step by step.

    Read.
    All the threads on LICs and ETFs.
    Read the beginners guide to LICs.
    Then read anything else you find in this section on LICs.
    Once you have done that - you will know what to do.

    Any listed LIC you can buy through a broker like Commsec, bell direct etc.

    Not many newbies start with LICs and ETFs. The lure other things is too much. Well done for starting so grounded
