    Hey guys, I've been following along for many years now. We have 3 investment homes.. Plus 1 in our SMSF. Learned lots of lessons along the way. I'm 38, my wife 35.

    Now is the time for us to reassess, while we grow our family.

    Ultimately we have done this journey so far without having a great accountant who specialises in property by our side. We are located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

    Looking for an accountant who gets property, and can help us structure it all great to minimise tax.

    Probably too late to change structures with the existing IPs without incurring costs like stamp duty and CGT but worthwhile doing something about it for future acquisitions.
