    The fundamental is ok. Rail, highway service the area. affordable area.

    I don't have any particular deal or property there, however, it's one of the areas I monitoring.

    what's your thought in the area ? @Whitecat

    I meant that thouse. Seems like bmv at 200k!

    I agree strathpine has it all and an ip near the Centre walking distance to train and mall would do well. I havebt invested there i just know the area
