Newb once more

    Yup - one more time!

    And thats just to get started. Ive never made it past owning my own PPOR.

    In the past Ive bought my own place (small mortgage, entry level type property), chosen well - within 3km of cbd regional, added value, sold, paid off debt, bought again repeated the same process.

    Had a big deposit, but lost my job and life went down hill from there!

    10 years later :(( and im only now in a good position to begin my investing dream!! :)

    Yes a bit of life experience, started chasing my hopes and dreams in my early 20's now in my 40's,
    still got the dreams just had some lessons to learn i guess!!!
