    1 bedroom in Sydney CBD Fraser apartment known as Central Park (OTP) is $890k.
    while the older one in Excelsior apartment building near Elizabeth St. is $580k

    this data was 1 month old when I'm looking for Cash flow investment property in Sydney area.
