Haa! Got you there for a second didn't I, I can hear the huge sigh of relief that I don't actually type like that.

Jokes aside, I am new to property investing, always had quite a big interest in investing in property while I was in university, and the mindset of " Oh I don't have the money yet" " Oh I am not ready yet"
has set me back for a while.
Now that I graduated and am working full time, by chance, I came upon "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill, and am already kicking myself for wasting years with that mindset. I am looking into purchasing properties, and have already came upon loads of genuine and generous people out there willing to help.
Nevertheless, the more I research and learn, the more confused I get sometimes(analysis paralysis?), so would highly appreciate the advice from the more experienced investors here!

I have learnt a lot on the forum and I hope you do. I keep on cheating the system by grabbing this free knowledge that others give away so I encourage you to ask and keep engaged.

Hopefully nobody has figured me out yet.

 

Hi @Rentvester. Welcome to our forum. It's been the beginning step for many investors here and continues to grow constantly. We are a happy bunch that love anything to do with property. Ask any question and usually doesn't take long for someone to reply. Take your time to read as much as you can about all aspects of property and hold onto your hat because its a crazy journey.
