    Get model number of old oven
    Look up dimensions
    Find oven with same dimensions.

    I also prefer Westinghouse (basic model)

    Is it a 600mm underbench type? We’ve been replacing some as necessary with
    Arc AOF6SE1 60cm Electric Built-In Oven from Appliances Online. So far so good.

    I am always a bit dubious about extended/long warranties for things like ovens. If the problems are not evident within a year, I suspect it will be deemed a "wear and tear" issue and not covered by warranty. Not sure if anyone here has claimed warranty repairs on a 3 year oven.....

    I think mine was 2 year warranty. It broke down on 1 year and 11 months.
    Claimed it under warranty and the fixed the heating element :)

    @Propertunity
    Thanks, but it's a free-standing, not a built-in.

    @neK
    Westinghouse is 160% of the price, so I'm going to give it a miss. But yes I just shot off an email to see if we need to get dimensions before purchasing, but the models seem to all be around the same dimensions for non built-in's, so I think might be ok (but will check)

    Yeah I'm wondering about the warranty too.

    I am thinking possibly the second item here. It has 4.9/5 for 9 reviews.
    This would mean an extra $110 for extended warranty over the first item to make it 5 years.

    Same here. I had to replace the oven in two IPs in the last month.

    Bought Westinghouse in both cases.

    Same here with Westinghouse. Spare parts available 17 years later.

    The cheaper ones could be fine - I wonder about spare parts? probably okay but who knows. Tenants have broken glass, elements, bulbs. Are you a developer or a landlord?

    Had a great run with Haier and extended warranty - 3 repairs over 5 years on a dishwasher. Noisy as hell and inconvenient for tenants but cheap! Haier now own F&P though ;p
