    Hello,

    I've been monitoring this site for a while and finally decided to join up. I really enjoy reading all the comments on here and I'm finding it to be quite educational and informative.

    I'm a first time property investor and renting out a house in Canberra.

    I'd love to get some property advice from others. In particular, what to make sure I have in the lease and contracts and also any advice on property managers in the ACT - who to use or who not to use!
