    Hi all,

    What a great community! I am a builder and a developer looking to expand my investing knowledge and at the same offer my technical and practical knowledge and advice to all members who are interested in investing, building or developing.

    I have extensive experience in land sub-division, construction of houses, townhouses and duplexes, purchasing off the plan properties, granny flats and other investment vehicles to create value.

    Would love to share my expirience with anyone starting out or encountering difficulties in selecting sites, construction issues, finding the right professionals to do preliminary work, designs, budgets, development costs, local rules and regulations and everything else in between.
