New land releases

Hi Everyone,

This is probably a stupid question but I was just wondering if there is anyway to find out when a new land release is about to start.

I am thinking of buying some land in a new estate next year and I want to get in for the first stage release.

 

Hmm, call council and ask if they know the subdivision plan in the area and the developers?

 

Search the big developers websites and register your interest in all there projects upcoming and current.

If you have areas in mind Google will sometimes have the "paper roads" in before they're actually built.
Otherwise the da sections or major projects etc on council websites
