    I have been around the forum for a little while however hadn't made it over to this page until today. In terms of who we are - we move around a bit but are currently Queenslanders. We have run a business since the early 2000s, and focussed our financial efforts outside of this largely on a traditional path of paying down the PPOR and building up a balanced super fund. We've had a few IPs, but nothing well thought through to hold for the long term, and sold up about 2010. Two years ago I picked up Michael Yardney's books, then Pete Wargent's and about half a dozen others, and things went from there. We currently hold two IPs, one of which is a dev site (bought with assistance from a couple of guys on this forum), and our PPOR. Long term hold is our current strategy. We're looking to learn as much as we can on the forum, and have some fun.
