New IP - unsure about insurance

    Hi everyone,

    Probably a newbie question:

    I've just purchased an IP (free standing house).

    I was advised to take out building, contents and landlord insurance.

    I looked at Allianz Landlord Insurance - Allianz Landlord Insurance - Landlord Insurance Quotes Australia. Does this cover what I need to buy (with the building and contents option ticked) or do I need something else?
