    Hi all,

    I've been reading this forum for a long time following investment advice around the Sydney region. Thought i'd finally get active!

    Looking at PPOR + possible investments in the future. Based in Sydney so aiming for a PPOR here, with investment prop anywhere else in Australia depending on what opportunities arise.
