I've been cleaning up the General category and recategorising a lot of the threads posted there. To facilitate this, I've set up some new topics and rearranged things a bit: Investment Strategy - all the "what should I do" type questions What to buy - for the "what type of property" to buy (eg houses vs units, new vs established, OTP, etc) Property Analysis - dissect and analyse properties listed for sale and the listings themselves NRAS - discussion about NRAS properties and financing Investor Stories - discussions about what our members have achieved I'll start a new thread with a full listing of all the topics and a description about what discussions should go in each one.
