    Say you were starting your own Property Management Agency what do you think would be the key things you would set up or have in place?

    What do you think should be a in tenant pack?
    What do you think a landlord pack should contain?

    Well trained and remunerated property managers that don’t turnover every 6 months.

    I would make sure my systems to track vendor paid advertising and property management costs across reps and clients was fully recovered.

    This can be difficult and requires constant work.
