Need help with a reputable townhouse builder

Hi All,

I am newbie here We owned 2 sites that was just being rezone to an R3 with height limit of 9M

Wilton , 1050 Sqm, potentialy 5 townhouses.
Picton , 980 Sqm , 4 townhouses

We also need help to build 5 x double storey homes and 1 granny flat on a 2600 sqm sites, in Wolondilly council.

It would be great and much appreciated , if you can refer us to a reputable builder, preferably , who has built in Wolondilly area.

Have a look at some of the volume home builders like Allcastle, Metricon etc. If the area has only recently been rezoned there won't be many buyers who have a local track record.
