Need advice for lodge an DA for fencing

    My lot is a flood control lot and corner block.

    I have lodge a DA for all side and front fences (for both primary and secondary roads). And the fence design has to take into account flood related considerations.

    Just wonder if what kind of professional should engage to lodge an DA (just for fencing). I consulted with a couple of Council duty planner, and they never give me clear checklist or instructions.

    And I also called a couple of architects. They are not interested in this type of work at all.

    Perhaps a suveryor or a town planner? They should be, at the very least, point you to the right direction I reckon
