    Terrible segment of tv,

One girl who needs to get a life and sponges of her parents, another girl who is living the dream which would be awesome until your 35 and a random bloke thrown in the mix revving his car

When interviewer asked him if he was concerned about rates rising and market imploding he said something along the lines of no interest rates are here to stay at these levels and the market won't crash here because we're not Detroit or America and we are heavily regulated so we're are protected from this scenario.
Then on fb he was saying how the systems broken and we should invest in crypto .... I'm so confused

Oh well NB is on the relationship market.... but that's the price of success. So he says. ...

Fairly sure the first property showcased via the helicopter (59:30) was the property that had the defaulted loan on it from the start of the thread. Bought for $815K, now reportedly worth $1.2M.

It wasn't exactly a critical piece. Nathan's property valuation of $55 million was taken at face value, and that figure was given as his net worth. No mention of how much debt he holds.

Principal Skinner from the Simpsons comes to mind

I wonder how many more overstretched people will be moving back in with their parents over the next few years?

I know of cases where it's not so much "still live with their mum", it's more "elderly mum has moved back in".

I know of quite a few people who have an elderly parent living with them - it's not that unusual.

I say any adult single man who is looking after his elderly mum deserves respect!

News.com.au running a story about his loan default. My Internet connection is cr*p so can't link now.

@MTR , agree with your comments about thise who are kicking him probably want to emulate his progress, but i a) dont need 200 properties to get financial freedom and b) many of his comments are a little too slick and far too vague for my liking . Would love to see him, SMcK, Jan S and some others in a live forum
