    Was this with the Choice Package and offset account? I was able to get 3.45% P+I from NAB retention team, 1.6m loan and been with NAB +19 years.

    Yes, that's right. Originally was only offered 3.58% but we asked to speak to the team leader who escalated it for us.

    Maybe someone was in a good mood in the first week of the new decade :cool:

    How long are NAB credit taking to decide on applications these days after it has passed the preliminary checks department? One of our loans has been with credit dept for 2.5 weeks with no word yet.

    They're at like 10-12 days for assessment - sooooooooo slow. A 4k rebate, FHD scheme, 33% LMI offers, etc are good promotional offerings, but service level cant keep up.

    Purchases are very difficult with them at the moment, not taking escalations unless setts is very close too.
