    I don't want to spoil anyone's party but the Druitt has done quite nicely as well.

    I'm off to grab some garden hose and then onto a barbie (late one).

    Is that one of those middle of the road BBQ which the natives in the Druie are renowned for?

    Whats for dinner road kill? ;)

    Actually, the barbie started in a backyard but as we knocked out the fence palings to feed the fire, it spilled over to the reserve next door.

    Of course the numbers grew and we ran out of meat (no actual road kill lol) so Boogsy managed to whack a moggy with a paling. Needless to say that demand for BBQ meat dwindled after that lol.

    However, it was hilarious to watch Boogsy walk around with a pelt on his head till the cops took him away lol.

    Update one year later prices have gone up....

    Melb North - 3x2x2 house H&L built for 301k..current value 530k
    Melb West - 3x1x1 house bought for 130k...now 490k......3x1x1 bought for 170k now 580k
    Melb Northwest - 3x1x1 bought for 155...now 450k
    Geelong - 3x1x1 H&L being built for 257k now worth 390k........build 3x2x2 buit for 337k now 500k
    Melb Southeast - 3x2x2 being built for 325k....worth 530k
    Land yet title - 1 in Western Melbourne and 3 in Geelong...one is JV with my partner....bought for 149k, 133k, 139k, and 155k ...now 240k...219k...240k...and 280k respectively......the later 3 once build will be worth 520k, 560k, and 630k respectively....
