My Gold Coast Office Opens Tomorrow

    Hi All
    After a lot of planning, effort and time spent recruiting I am very excited that Certus Legal Group's Gold Coast Office opens in Southport Tomorrow. We already do a large amount of conveyancing on the GC but anticipate our market share will increase with the local office.

    We are also very lucky to have found Todd Green, a commercial solicitor with significant experience of his own in the business world. Todd will be based out of that office doing commercial litigation, front end commercial advice and also doing business development.

    There are no shortage of solicitors out there who can do the legal work, the hard part is finding those with the real commercial skills and people skills. We have spent the best part of 6 months finding the right guys for this office.

    Also, although not quite signed off yet we have verbal acceptance from a NSW based property solicitor that I have been dealing with for over 12 months to open in Sydney. With any luck August will bring an office in Castlereagh Street.

    Exciting times.

    Thanks guys

    Sydney is definitely happening we are all signed up with a Senior NSW solicitor who had her own property law practice and a junior experienced conveyancing lawyer who will be running the NSW conveyancing side of things. Looks like soft start on 3 August and office to open on 17 August. We are going to join a solicitors chambers initially and after 6 months or so will have a better idea of how our NSW growth is. QLD I had to do a very expensive break lease when we grew too fast and had to triple our floor space in the 1st year so not going to do that again.

    Have used Certus for my 2 Brisbane IPs within the last 12 months and service was great from Andrew..
