Do you know if it is largely OO driving the growth and less from investors?

I really think it's investors now.

Back in Jan it was owner occupier and recently there are a ton of Sydney buyers who pay a little more.

One in Bethania was a contest between 2 interstate investors AND a owner occ. That was back may June timeframe. Investors were the two highest from memory. Asking low 400s sold 465!!

    Hey @Jyh888

    Thanks for sharing.

How can I get in contact with you directly? I'm looking at purchasing a property in Crestmead and would like to ask a few questions, I'm sydney based too.

    Cheers!

    Hey @Jyh888 ,

What are your thoughts on Central Logan and Woodridge?
Do you think these areas will boom as well as say Crestmead has?

I think there's potential in any market. Hard to say which suburb will grow the most but we can only control what we can - purchase price, negotiation and adding value on the property. If you can do this well and buy under the median value of the suburb you can possibly access equity quicker to build your property portfolio faster

Totally agree with what you are saying. If you can purchase under market that would be great, but in the current Brisbane market very difficult to do.

So your a millionaire now my man. Logan completely off its head and growing in price exponentially week by week with most houses selling within a few days of listing.

    Bought a Ferrari yet? :)
