    Hi all,

Is there a better way to have documents signed by multiple people? At the moment the way I am doing things is printing, signing, scanning back in, emailing to my wife, she prints, signs then scans back to me for me to forward on to mortgage brokers etc etc. I work away so this is a very slow process. Not great when you are trying to hit a deadline. I do not always have access to the printer scanner at work so this slows things even more.

I am aware of Dropbox and Docusign but am not familiar with them really. I have accounts on both and my wife has a Docusign account too so I am sure that there is a better way out there. Does anyone have any tips or experience to share here. It would be very much appreciated

I use a PDF notation tool (called Notability) on my ipad. Open the PDF, sign, save and email back to next person or REA if there is no next person. No printer, scanner needed.
Notability can type into fields or you can write/squiggle/draw with your stylus.
I use it for marking up architectural plans, signing, forms etc
