If a seller chooses your offer in a multiple offer situation, does that mean they accept your offer in full, or is there still room for negotiation?

Also, what happens if the agent says its multiple offers, however doesn't provide an acknowledgement of multiple offer form?

If they've accepted your offer, they've accepted your offer. As long as the contract is signed, it's done.

There is no legal requirement to use a multiple offers form
