Multiple Lots

    I have a block of land in sydney which is 2 lots one lot is 600sqm and the other is 150sqm.

    I want to build via CDC on both blocks however minimum block size for cdc is 200sqm.

    Does anyone know if we can simply take land area from one lot and add it to another lot?

    What are the rules around this?

    I can't speak for Sydney but in Perth you would amalgamate the lots and subdivide - we can do this on one application.
