    Hi Everyone,

    Sharing the second release price list for Mt Atkinson (attached pdf file).

    Just got invited to the release (or i must say the lucky draw!).

    What do you think of the prices? I am looking for a small land + build and sell after 12 months.

    Any thoughts?

    Prices are ridiculous and that estate sold out about in 30 seconds

    Hi afterbuddha,

    Can you share the masterplan flyer for the second release as well..

    There is so much demand in this estate..im told tickets through eventbrite sold out in 5 seconds.

    It looks like the prices from 1st release (mid nov) to 2nd release have gone up by around 10k-12k.

    I'm not sure if allowed to post here. First time here sorry delete if not allowed or let me know but my ex partner and I purchased a house and land package last year at Mt Atkinson first release exclusive with HomeBuyers Centre but we separated and I'm wanting to sell the package for my deposit back. 12m x 22m block of land with plan of double storey to be built on it. Need to get it off my hands as I cannot afford it on my own
