As soon as I have our dream PPOR I plan to make a huge house warming and invite everyone who wants to join...my wife has a few must have conditions though for the house..

    1. Must overlook the harbor bridge from head on (she's already visualizing the new years eve parties on our front deck)
    2. Must also have uninterrupted water views
    3. Must be a 3 tier home

So... once I have all that in place :eek:o_O then I'd love you to come down to Sydney:D

Yah sounds great... not so great for the wallet..

We are waiting for the prestige market to take a big hit as soon as Sydney cools off. Typically they are one of the heaviest hit markets when there's a correction, so I think that's when we will go shopping for it....hopefully it wont bankrupt us..

We had an Italian restaurant but they closed! 2 pubs, 3 cafes and a bakery! Goat madras pie is as exotic as it gets, it's bloody good!

    Umm... Not be here :p

Kids limit the fun nowadays, so dinner at 5pm and then get away as much as possible

I can buy dumplings too. House pick up, no delivery fee. That $15 can get me more dumplings ;)
