    I think MGE is a great area for mid to long term growth. A house on a larger block with reno potential could be a great buy if the price is decent, though its somewhat harder to get these blocks at great prices today since the growth of the last 4 years so it's likely you'll have to settle for a fair to good price.

    Friend of mine built that house and the one next door. Not sure what you mean why it doesn't seem right? He had issues with the previous agent who screwed him out of a sale pre auction. Very nice home he certainly did well out of it.

    ok that's what I was referring to :). I agree the home is nice mate. I think could have gotten a better price perhaps.

    Yeah I think so too, but he just started another knock down 're build in MGE so wanted to focus on that. It was on the market for nearly 3 months. But yeah let's just say he didn't have nice things to say about the previous agent....
