We have been looking at QLD post code 4500. The capital growth estimates over the past twelve months vary from -1% to 10%. I know a lot of PC chatters prefer SQM and they provide a boom and bust report for $39.95 (which given the number area's we've looked at I wouldn't want to be paying $39.95 for each place!). We have already purchased in the area and plan to hold for an extended period of time so it's more out of interest now that we are looking at historical growth.
