Freedom Funding is a boutique mortgage broking business based in Sydney’s east. We’re are looking for an experienced broker to become the 2IC & help lead and develop our team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

What is required in the role?

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in role as a broker, or as an experienced senior parabroker in a larger brokerage (minimum cert IV qualified)
• Results focused - be able to bring the best out of our existing team, the banks, and deliver on client expectations.
• Strong work ethic – this is not a typical 9-5 job and will take a consistent high level of energy and resilience to achieve the very best results!
• People management experience preferred, not essential.
