    Hi guys after a good mortgage broker, preferably in the west of Melbourne that is familiar with investment structures and strategies. My experiences with two other lender haven't been to my liking so far..

    Peter is East, but to be honest if you're looking for the right advice - it's worth the drive.

    You don't exactly have to visit your broker often, so I'd focus on the best advice than proximity.

    I'm based in the west as well.

    Also not sure if you like attending meetups/meeting like minded people, I organise property chat meet ups in the west so come along to that one and you can probably meet one or two brokers also.
