    1936, the 1997 act was supposed to gradually be enlarged to replace the 1936 act, but 19 years later this hasn't happened but it has made things even more complicated because there are 2 major tax acts to consider.

    Thanks for the advise, may I ask if the aggregator will be paying the trust (because trust signed the agreement with aggregator), how will you control the payments to new brokers(who will trade under their own lic and company) do they have to sign private agreement with the aggregator or the trust?
    And is the company who will be contracting the broker services to the trust, will be the same company that acts ATF trust or a different company?
