Pretty sure QLD doesn't have DST and neither does WA - we are both simple farming folk and our cows get upset if you wake them up an hour earlier to be milked :p

So I'm thinking midday for me.

$560,500 sold with 7 registered bidders. Possible BA was the winner as he was on the phone throughout.

As long as your thoughts don't involve the stumps ( I agree they seem to have twisted), the manhole down the back (easement??), the original 50's asbestos fitout and generally pokey layout then speak without fear. Not my cup of tea but may suit someone with funds to knock down or reno.

The decor is so well preserved that it's almost worth keeping. I totally dug it

That's pretty darn high. Suburb has reached dangerous icarus heights and there will be some burnt feathers.[IMG]

    Ex-zachary.

My 591k was a complete ****-take. They came scarily close. That's why I bailed on the suburb.

Whats a reno going to cost? The stumps? The reno? A 100k reno will probably fetch 650-670k.

I looked, but it wasn't my cup of tea.

As winner (on my reckoning) you get the street cred.
And next weeks pick a price is......?

Yep. It's still pretty early days although no secret. Drive through the streets and see what is happening in terms of renovations and demo/rebuilds. It's pretty clear to see the next cheaper entry areas.
