We just started a little project where we are getting rid of the old tired federation style bathroom and replace with functional, minimalistic bathroom.
We are looking at a budget of around $13,000

Will post each step along the way.

    900 x 600 tiles
    Tilers should complete tiling today.

These are Italian tiles that retail at $100 per sqm, purchased from my g/friend at $20 per sqm as she purchases everything from China. Mates rates:)

Italian tiles from China? Or are they "Italian" tiles, from China? :) They look good, regardless!

    Thanks
Italian tiles, supplier from China, not sure how it works, i expect volume In massive scale from Italy, not retail prices

g/friend gets all high end stuff from China for her developments. Volume, she is building 19 apartments and high end houses in Perth
I will ask her this question when I see her and report back

Via Containers, took her a few years to source the right suppliers and quality

Tiles Retail for around $100-110 per sqm in Oz
She also imports marble tiles from China at a fraction of the cost we pay in Oz, its insane.

This exercise will only work if you have volume I guess

Reminds me of Georgian antiques (made by George last week), I've got a whole warehouse full of them @ the right price ;)

I like it @MTR . Its personal taste but if it were me I would put some kind of bang feature tile across that vanity wall stretching all the way to the shower. If not this tile then something similar. Also not a fan of that pendant in that location. Just personal taste though.

    Yes
But I already purchased hardware from g/friend China again. I let her sort it out as she is an interior designer, knows much more than me
