I find this completely out of left field!!!!
I really enjoy seeing Bayview's opinion. What a sad world if we all thought the same on all things. The same as LibGS I don't always agree but so what, its great to see a discussion. Thats what we are doing here. Discussing various subjects. Thankyou Sim and Moderators for doing an excellent job.

The discussion was not about climate change. Is this really hard to understand? Some of us were having a discussion about how climate would affect our investment decisions. And a rude ignorant person basically told us to shut up and not have the discussion.

The pro myth people can have that discussion if they want to, I'm not really interested in conversing with dangerous deranged people.

LibGS what do you base your statement on that you are conversing with dangerous deranged people ....looking at myself in the mirror....no look normal. Where is the danger....how are we deranged????

I don't agree with him on it. But he is entitled to voice that opinion given the topic.

Topics ebb and flow and rarely follow any linear progression.

Personal Attack!! Personal Attack!! Delete! Delete! :p:rolleyes: (don't delete. Sim - I'm just kidding - noone can personal attack me here; the mud just won't affect me).

I'm deranged, but not dangerous. ;)

I never said don't have the discussion. I love the discussions.

I just kept on refuting the alarmism, and how it was affecting people's decisions about buying real estate.

Come on LIb; you lot going on about the world ending by the end of this Century is no less annoying than me saying it won't. :p

If an "expert" on CC claims "we will run out of water" because of it, and then the dams overflow; I won't be believing too much of the hype.

I would say the success rate of threads here and on SS being sidetracked and posts added which add no value - by everyone - would be close to 100%.

    So what?

How about those Eagles last night? :p

I think it's line ball with weagles and the Hawks . Both had comfortable wins , though Hawks against a better opposition .

I have to go for the Hawks simply because of the way that Freo cracked under the pressure the Hawks applied . It's their trademark at the moment .

Weagles might go in favourites because of their win in the first week , but history says that can be a negative

Not sure if there's a premiership cycle .

In the share market they do talk about the presidential cycle .
