    Hi all!

We moved into our new PPOR a year ago and did our best to hold off for a year before doing too much in the way of Reno’s, other than the kitchen which we knew we’d do from day one.

So now that the 12 months have ticked over, we celebrated by putting in a new wood heater. We coped last year with lots of blankets and a small gas heater that succeeded in stopping us from freezing, but certainly did not make us anything closely resembling warm.

    So - photos :)

I’m in Tassie so haven’t seen it in real life yet, but based on photos, very happy!

It’s my own design, I haven’t seen cladding used behind a fireplace at all, but figured what could go wrong?!

As long as the cladding is fibre cement (and it would most likely be) then it's a great choice

Yes it is - we have plasterboard so needed non-combustible.
