Top floor is now at lock up

The living areas with the raked ceilings are looking fabulous!!

No need to dance around the issue, the fact you no longer use them and the quality of work and service they provided on my project that you are aware of and have seen says enough.

Lots more photos here but some of the standouts from this week is the cabinetry that is installed in Units 3 and 4 making it suddenly change from a shell to an actual apartment

Standing in the kitchen cooking is no hardship with these views

    Look great Myf and Blacky
Are the cabinet doors vinyl wrapped ? and are those cabinetry panels under the benchtop a gloss?

No they are just standard ABS edging. It's not gloss and it's not matte - it's what Polytec call "sheen". The wood Laminex is matte

A welcome injection of colour now that tiling and cabinetry is in. The project has a lot more personality now and we are on the homeward stretch with probably 2 months to go

who are the cabinet makers? do you mind me asking how much extra they charged for aligning the laminate woodgrain?

It's nice work, isn't it ?. I'm pretty sure Prime Cabinets are the cabinetmakers. He's a bit old school but beautiful. Horizontal grain wasn't much extra, I think $200 but there is horizontal grain and then there is the attention to detail match like this.

yes it really is - wondering "why for?" the solid colours to the kitchen if the woodgrain / stone look in the bathrooms works so well....?

Few reasons but mainly because I'm a huge fan and our interior designer less so. In the kitchens with the wood tile floors there was no need as it would be too woody and so we have the horizontal overneads on another kithchen where the floor is grey tile.

We reached Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) last week and @Blacky is actually over to see them!!

They are on the market but not on the market. We are holding people off until we can stage and relaunch from OTP sales campaign to actual "it's ready now" campaign.

I'm holding off loading any photos until it's looking awesome and staged but here is a sneak peak IMG_6491.JPG IMG_6493.JPG IMG_6497.JPG IMG_6501.JPG

G'day Myf. Had a walk around the marina on sunday arvo and checked these ones out on my way past they look really nice. We might have to drop into a home open.

Am I remembering correctly that you have some one-bedders in Catalina? Are they complete?
