Just curious, why did you go with Laminex vinyl wrapped cabinetry over gloss acrylic (2 pac) cabinetry and do you have a few photos of the stuff?

It the glossy paint too expensive or too fragile? I have heard some builders wont cover any damage to it during installation.

 

I have a contract now I am still reading and the builder has a note that they won't provide a warranty on gloss cabinetry

 

In this case it wasn't a specific choice. This was the standard and we felt it was fine.

Did you individually contract the solicitor, marketer, etc, or was it a single package through Altitude?

Would you mind sharing who you used as the solicitor and marketer?

 

WM would know more but I am pretty sure it was all contracted through Altitude and quoted as a single price.
Irdi Legal drew up the contracts.
All the artwork and marketing, was done/managed by Altidtude. Personally I think they have done a pretty damn good job.

I agree. That marketing is sensational. I don't usually (ever) see marketing material of that quality for properties at your price point. It's really good.

 

The companies were based on recommendations by Altitude and also some of our own experiences. Quoting and arrangement of work was done by Altitude and we are paying each company directly.
As @Blacky has mentioned contracts were done by Irdi who were recommended and has also been used in by us.
Horgan Creative did the ebrochure - but the floor plans used in the brochure and online were done by PAID Architecture

 

Are the renders done by Supercheap 3d? or some such name?

Correct I had forgotten about that as it was quite awhile ago.
There was someone else who did the drone/aerial photography too.

 

For selling OTP it really was necessary to have all those individual parts done - then the pretty brochure all put it together. The brochure was about $1400 for all the graphic design work.
All up to get to being able to sell OTP for lawyers, strata, surveyors, graphic designers, 3D renders, photography etc etc we paid around $7000. Most of this would have been required for selling on completion so it wasn't a double up or anything.

IMO that is a very reasonable price for the quality of the work. I reckon it's a great investment!

FWIW, the agents involved, Paul and Hayley, are outstanding and my go to agents for just about everything.

Theyve sold at very least 15 or so for me or for sales ive organised and well over that for people ive recommended them to, including @Westminster and ive never heard a bad thing said.

People ate often very quick to criticise agents so i think its important the highly competent and ethical ones get rightly praised as well.

 

Looks great and dream location.

Sometimes when you find that good team it can outweigh them being an 'out of area' agent. In this case Paul and Hayley are generally more inner city but that inner city experience gives them a huge breadth of experience with apartments which isn't something local Mindarie REAs deal a lot in. They are also not so egotistical that they won't reach out to local area agents if they can help make the sale happen.

 

I've worked alongside the both of them and they helped me in my own business. They are brilliant, genuine people that are worth every bit of their fee.
