    Good evening all

    The next Melbourne west-side meetup is booked in for 7pm at the Pascoe Vale Hotel, 12 Railway Parade, Pascoe Vale on Thursday 29th September 2016. The booking is under "Property Chat Group".

    Let me know by posting on this thread who is coming so I have an idea of numbers.

    Come along for food and/or a drink and some excellent chit-chat. There is no cost to attend the meetup other than anything you order (food/drinks).

    This venue is a short walk (100m) from Pascoe Vale Train Station which is on the Craigieburn Line for those wishing to commute by train.

    For train timetables, visit Timetables - Public Transport Victoria or alternatively use the Journey Planner tool on the Metro Trains website here : Metro Trains

    For those commuting by car, there is street parking opposite the hotel on Railway Parade, or behind the hotel (enter via Fawkner Road).

    Menus can be found here ; Dining - Pascoe Vale Hotel, Pascoe Vale, VIC 3044. The menu offers more than one vegetarian option and the floors are carpeted, so acoustics for audible conversation should be good.

    By the skin of its teeth yes. There aren't any "North side meetups" at this stage, so I thought we'd offer a "North West" venue as a one-off. The East side meetup group went to Brunswick once, so I think Pascoe Vale is fair game just this once, and I'm sure the northern folks will appreciate something on their turf. :)
