Melbourne, northern suburbs Solicitor reccomendation

    Hi all,
    I've just refinanced my loan and used a broker for the first time. Everything's gone well, I got a much better rate that I could get on my own.
    All documentation has been submitted except for a legal document from the new bank for my father as he is on the title and by default a guarantor (even though I'm the one servicing the loan).
    Can anyone recommend a 'reasonably priced' Melbourne based solicitor (northern suburbs- Fitzroy, Brunswick, Northcote etc.)?
    These forms really just need an legal authority to witness and sign them off.
