    We are organising a meetup at lunch time at the food court in the Emporium starting 11:45am, Thursday 31st October.

    Being a food court, it may be difficult to grab enough tables/seats but we'll see how we go.

    If you are interested, please respond to this thread.

    I will use the thread to update the exact location in the food court on the day (maybe I can get a big P-Chat banner made? :D) to guide people to the right group, but it may be a good idea to PM me your mobile number as well.

    As for the food court.... I got no idea! :D:D:eek::eek::eek: I was going to ask the concierge..... hoping @Westie and @Mumbai can advise :) ... otherwise there is a concierge and info boards

    Foodcourts are tricky ones. Hope the attached image helps. See it with reference to the position of David Jones and Myer.
    Emporium itself can be accessed via entrances at corner of Little Bourke and Lonsdale.
    Food is at level 3.

    For those unfamiliar with the area, the Emporium food court can be accessed two/three ways:

    1. Enter via Lonsdale Street (exactly opposite Melbourne Central Shopping Center's entrance), take the lift to level 3. The food court is to your right. You could take the escalators up if you want to ogle around.
    2. Enter via DJ's/Myer on Bourke Street. Same deal, upto Level 3 via the lift, go past the women's clothing section, through the covered passage over Lt Bourke Street and the food court's right in front of you.
    3. Enter via Lt Bourke St, lift upto Level 3, simples.
