Looking for a 2 or 3 bedders apartment as PPOR in Meadowbank ( on wharf side).
General price rang for 2bedder is 750-850k and 3 bedder is 850k-1.1m range.
Strata is appro 600-700 pq for 2 bedder and 900-1000 pq for 3 bedders.

Anyone here thought about buying these apartments?
Any feedback on these are greatly appreciated?

Are you looking at OTP or already established? Just becareful with strata in the high-end type apartment blocks. Sometimes the strata fees can jump up significantly especially with elevator, pools/spas etc.

@rooster123, If you buy, I'd go for the 3br apartment because they arent so common.

Throughout most of Sydney, 3br apartments are much more tightly held than 2br apartments, causing a scarcity value.

Unfortunately it does not seem cheap.

I would like a 3br with a view over the river....

Also check Liberty Grove in similar range but lot less stock. The benefit is that being a gated community, it suits much better to PPOR owners.

Problem with Liberty Grove is the noise.... motorway on one side, train line on the other.

It depends if you are staying close to motorway. Rhodes shopping centre is so close by.

Noise just affects units with balconies facing train line. Homebush bay drive has very high noise barriers all along.

There's still units overlooking the motorway though, even with the barriers. A few years back I went to see one and opened a window... not great.

May be the traffic has increased lately. 3 bedders are on 8th-9th floor so no noise and you get amazing water views which unlike Rhodes will never be built out.

Perhaps the road noise is worse on a wet day...
