Playstation.. roughly once (a couple of hours) every 3 months.
And in the car to and from work (40mins), but moving job location to 10mins from home so even less time :)

Have you tried walking or cycling to work?

Yeah. Walking sucks.. Too many idiot cyclists. Cycling takes less time than the bus. :) talk about good problems to have eh?

Not this year. Training up for one of the big marathons in the US next year, most likely Chicago or Boston.

Good luck with Melbourne :) I did it last year. It is certainly a PB course.

Property chat if that counts... otherwise, take the motorbike for a ride, go for a day trip or weekend away in the 4wd (haven't done this enough lately), 1000 stairs (for the Melbourne people) or just having a coffee and catching up without having to run off and work...

Have not listened to th radio this year.. been smashing podcasts. Problem is similar to finishing a good tv show, it's hard to find the best good one

Trail run or go mountain biking. Both rare at the moment. Fitting in an adventure race this weekend though as a last minute fill in which should be fun.

Growing and drying herbs. The Bundaberg region has the perfect weather to grow all things green.

I get away once a year for a couple of weeks and it usually involves beach, shopping and great dining experiences.

I wear a bathing suit under my business suits all summer and sneak in a quick swim or 30 mins on the beach in between appointments whenever I can. It breaks up my busy schedule and helps me focus.
