    Hi guys, looking at a house in MBRC which is built as dual occ and is rented out like that as well. However rates notice shows it is category R2 which according to my info is a single dwelling (with extended dwelling 2) category. Is that going to be a problem?

    Does anyone own a dual occ in MBRC? What category do you pay your rates under?

    You could call the MBRC to clarify this as part of your due diligence before you buy.
